How to make a Bootable pan-drive/removable drive?

Here follow the easy step to make a Bootable pan-drive.

Why need Bootable pan-drive?

When you install an operating system like a window, Linux and another operating system then need to Bootable if you do have the original  DVD.

If you have an operating system DVD disc, you can install it directly.

But if you don't have a Windows/Linux operating system DVD and you want to download the operating system, then you will need a bootable pan-drive.

If you have no pan-drive.

Normally buy a rewritable or blank DVD disk.

And make Bootable DVD disk same as a pan-drive.

Before Bootable pan-drive need to format your pan-drive.

How to Format Pan Drive?

Before format, recover all pan-drive data from pen-drive, otherwise lost.

You can do two ways, format 1. Command Prompt and 2. Direct Selection Pan-drive in computer.

   How to Format Pan Drive through Command Prompt.

Step: 1

Click on the start menu.

Write cmd.

run as administrator

Right-click on cmd and click on run as administrator

.

Step: 2

Write this command.

1.diskpart( and hit enter).

2.list disk (and hit enter)

(display list of drives.

Select your drive.)

3.select disk x ( and hit enter).

4.clean( and hit enter).

5.create partition primary( and hit enter).

6. format fs=ntfs ( and hit enter).

(It take few time)

7.assing ( and hit enter).

Step: 3

All the data from your pan-drive has been erased.

How to format pan-drive using direct pan-drive selection in a computer without a command prompt?

Step: 1

Click on the start menu.

Step: 2

And on the right side, click on the computer if you no show computer then search it.

Step: 3

Here to display your pan-drive.

Step: 4

Right-click on your pan-drive.

Step: 5

Choose the format option.

Now your pan-drive is ready to use.

After this step is completed, download the ISO (International Organization for Standardization) image window or any operating system that is free.

Also, download Rufus(used to create bootable USB drive) software for bootable.

After download, these two items are ready you make a bootable pan-drive.

How to make a bootable pen drive?

Step: 1

Open the double click on Rufus software.

Step: 2

Here, you select the ISO image that is to download.

Step: 3

Partition scheme MBR (master boot record) or GPT (guide partition table)

Select MBR (master boot record).

MBR (master boot record) is an old concept.

Some operating systems both support MBR (master boot record) and GPT (guide partition table) like Ubuntu.

If MBR (master boot record) is not supported then select GPT (guide partition table)

 Click on the start button.

Before bootable will be displayed a warning message.

Click on the ok and running process.

It takes some time.

     

  

The message will appear once it is complete.

Read it and click on the close button.

Now your bootable pen-drive is ready.
